Episode 2: Bonnie Schwam, Keller Williams

Episode 2: Bonnie Schwam, Keller Williams

ExitPlan.Pro is where aspiring Billionaires go to get tips and ideas that will help them collapse time frames in building their empires.

So welcome to today’s episode!

I first met Bonnie in 2006 when I moved to Colorado.  We did not know much about Colorado, we just felt it was time to move here. Bonnie did a great job in helping us find a home, even though we weren’t here yet. She was very helpful and made the whole transaction easy and almost seamless.

Her tip for success is: “Be truthful, be a friend, be a resource”.  An old sales training adage says that people buy from people they like.  Usually you don’t use someone that makes you feel uncomfortable to make a purchase, because you don’t want to get ripped off. I’ve avoided purchasing from people because I just felt something wasn’t right.

Look, you have to take your time to really get to know your prospective customers. You have to learn about them and what they want from you and your product or service.  The more you invest in learning about them, the easier the sale. Learning to ask the right questions is going to be key to your success because people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Once you learn about them, you will learn their main concerns, or hot keys, their style, their desires and maybe more. Then, and only then, you can suggest a solution that will meet their needs right on.

It doesn’t matter what you are selling, be it homes, cars, a framing service, life insurance, whatever, you have to get to know your prospects. You need to keep in touch, you need to become a resource. Be am expert in your field Eventually, prospects will be coming after you instead of you coming after them.
